Bath Time!

                        

SAM'S BATH ROUTINE

 It's that time of the week that, dependent on your dog, is most dreaded or looked forward too. When it comes to bath time, Sam is pretty relaxed up until the point when it comes to drying her up.

Before bath time, she is prepped by having her coat brushed. Although Sam is short coated, she does shed a lot, so it is good to get a good brushing in before getting her coat wet.

When washing her, we use a god tick preventive shampoo:

Afterwords, comes the difficult part of the washing routine. We quickly learned that Sam was not a fan of the blow dryer, so we've maintained using a towel to dry her. However, Sam is such a wiggly puppy who doesn't like staying still and likes to try an bite the towel as we are drying her. 

Eventually, she relaxes her, and soon the wash day process comes to an end. Quickly after drying her, Sam likes to cozy up on the bed, and take a nice nap.
